Problem Note 56191: Folders are not displayed in SAS® Management Console when you log on with credentials from a group's metadata definition

Access to folders in SAS Management Console might be inaccessible when you log on with credentials from a group's metadata definition. There is no indication of a problem other than the unavailability of folders on the console's Folder tab. However, if you refresh SAS Management Console, a pop-up dialog box appears with the following message:
The specified person name '{group name}' does not exist in metadata.
This behavior is limited to logon accounts that are defined as part of a metadata group identity. Therefore, to circumvent this problem, use credentials from an individual user's metadata definition.
Note: This problem is fixed in the third maintenance release for SAS® 9.4 (TS1M3).
